Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return. Additionally, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

For exchanges, the quickest option is to return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
